【摘要】 目的观察以中药为主治疗竹叶青蛇咬伤的临床疗效。方法回顾2011至2013年笔者所在医院急诊门诊以中药制剂蛇伤凉血合剂为主治疗的竹叶青蛇咬伤患者66例(中药组),并与同期以抗蝮蛇毒血清为主治疗的竹叶青蛇咬伤患者54例(血清组)进行对比分析。血清组采用包含注射抗蝮蛇毒血清的常规治疗,中药组因抗蛇毒血清短缺而未用血清,加用蛇伤凉血合剂,其余治疗同血清组。分析比较两组患者治疗前与治疗第3日的血小板(PLT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)等凝血指标,同时比较两组治疗的疗程、总诊疗费用情况。结果两组治疗第3日的凝血指标均优于治疗前(P <0.05),组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);两组的疗程、总诊疗费用差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论口服院内制剂蛇伤凉血合剂与抗蝮蛇毒血清治疗竹叶青蛇咬伤的疗效及疗程、诊疗费用相当。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine on the bite of bamboo green snake. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 66 cases of trimeresurus stejnegeri snake bites treated with Sheshangliangxue Mixture,a traditional Chinese medicine preparation,in the emergency outpatient department of our hospital from 2011 to 2013,and the results were compared with 54 patients treated with antivenomous serum in the same period. The serum group was treated with routine treatment including injection of snake antivenins. The traditional Chinese medicine group was not given antivenomous serum due to the shortage of antivenomousserum,in which Sheshangliangxue Mixture was added,and the rest were treated with the same as serum group. Analysis and comparisonwere were made between the two groups of patients of platelet(PLT),activation partial thrombin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(Fg)and other coagulation indicators before treatment and the treatment on the third day. the difference between the two groups of changes in the five items of clotting,the course of treatment and the total cost of treatment were compared. Results:The coagulation index of the two groups on the third day of treatmen were better than those before treatment(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the course of treatment and the total cost of treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion:The efficacy of Sheshangliangxue Mixture,a traditional Chinese medicine preparation,the course of treatment and the cost of treatment is similar to that of snake antivenins in the treatment of the bite of trimeresurus stejnegeri.更多还原
