【摘要】 提升职业院校教师"双师"素质,对高素质技术技能人才培养以及职业院校内涵式发展都具有重要意义。基于《职业教育提质培优行动计划(2020-2023年)》出台背景,结合近三年国家发布的有关提升职业院校教师"双师"素质相关政策,分析其现实价值,认为提升职业院校教师"双师"素质有助于打破职业院校教师入口"唯学历"的桎梏,畅通企业技术人员进入职业院校的渠道,推动教师评价标准的完善。同时,研究发现,当前职业院校"双师"素质存在教师标准规范性欠缺、"双师型"教师培训基地实体化运行效果不佳、职业技术师范教育培养体系尚不完善等现实问题,需要加快制定完善的"双师"素质教师标准,构建本科、硕士和博士三级职业技术师范教育培养体系,营造职业院校教师专业发展的环境,全面促进"双师型"教师队伍培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Improving the"double qualification"competence of teachers in vocational colleges is of great significance to the training of high-quality technical talents and the connotative development of vocational colleges. Based on the background of the"Action Plan for Improving Quality and Cultivating Excellence of Vocational Education(2020-2023)", combined with the relevant policies issued by the state in the past three years, this paper analyzes its actual value, and finds that improving the"double qualification"competence of vocational college teachers will help break the shackles of vocational college teachers’ entrance"only academic qualifications", unblock the channels for enterprise’s technical personnel to enter vocational colleges, and promote the improvement of teacher evaluation standards. At the same time, the study found that the current"double qualification"competence of vocational college teachers has practical problems such as lack of normative teacher standards, poor substantive operation of"double qualification"teacher training bases, and incomplete vocational and technical normal education and training system. Thus, it is necessary to accelerate the formulation of a complete "double qualification"competence teacher standard, build a three-level vocational and technical normal education and training system with undergraduate, master, and doctoral levels, create an environment for professional development of teachers in vocational colleges, comprehensively promote the training of"double qualification"teacher team.更多还原
