高质量发展背景下高职学生学习性投入状况调查研究——基于W职业学院CCSS实证调查数据
A Survey on the Current Situation of Students’ Learning Engagement in Higher Vocational Colleges in the View of High-quality Development——Based on the Empirical CCSS Data of W Vocational College
【摘要】 在高职教育提质增效的大背景下,高职教育的办学质量再次引起高职领域学者的高度关注。学生的学习性投入状况是高职教育质量的重要体现。以清华大学中国大学生学习与发展追踪研究(CCSS)应用型问卷为研究工具,对江苏某省属高职院校学生的学习性投入状况进行实证分析,经过与全国常模各指标得分比较发现,2018年高职学生学习性投入的16个相关指标得分均超全国常模,"个性"优势特征相对突出,年级对比发现两头高中间低的U型现象,不同专业、不同院系高职学生学习性投入均存在显著性差异。基于此,高职院校在学生培养方面仍然需要本着全面发展的视角,从职业教育的类型特征出发,系统开展教育教学改革,推动高职教育内涵建设,注重营造良好学习氛围,着力落实"因材施教",改善专业实践教学的支持性环境,加强教师队伍建设,提升技术技能复合型人才的培养质量。
【Abstract】 Under the background of enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges, the quality of higher vocational education has once again aroused high attention of scholars in the field of higher vocational education. Students’ learning engagement is an important reflection of the quality of higher vocational education. Through comparison, it is found that the scores of 17 indicators related to the learning engagement of higher vocational students in 2018 all surpass the national norm, and the dominant characteristics of"personality"are relatively prominent. The comparison of grades reveals a U-shaped phenomenon of two high and middle low levels, and there are significant differences in different disciplines and departments. Based on the results, higher vocational colleges still need to take the perspective of systematic development in student training, start from the genre features of vocational education, carry out education and teaching reform systematically, promote the connotation construction of higher vocational education, pay attention to create a good learning atmosphere, focus on the implementation of"teaching students according to their aptitudes", improve the supportive environment of professional practice teaching, strengthen the construction of teachers, improve the training quality of technical and technical talents, etc.
