【Abstract】 The modern apprenticeship education mechanism of school-enterprise integration is discussed in this paper. That school and enterprise signs a cooperation agreement practices the education idea of "attending classes means going to work, going to school means going to work, and entering schools means entering factories". The integration has innovated the modern apprenticeship system talent training mode, realized the school-enterprise joint training, formulated the system standard, standardized the apprentice training. School-enterprise joint construction of "double-qualified" collaborative teaching team, school-enterprise joint development of teaching resources, joint construction of training bases inside and outside the school, oriented to the rail transit industry, has cultivated a large number of craftsmen urgently needed by enterprises and achieved remarkable results in personnel training.更多还原
