【摘要】 目的观察机械排痰联合中药塌渍治疗痰热闭肺型小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法选择72例痰热闭肺型小儿肺炎患儿病例为研究对象,随机分成2组,各36例。2组均予常规西药治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用小儿肺炎散口服,治疗组予机械排痰结合中药塌渍治疗,比较2组疗效、中医证候积分以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组的治愈率(94.44%,34/36)高于对照组(77.78%,28/36)(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组证候总积分均较治疗前明显减少,且治疗组的证候积分较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗期间2组均未出现相关治疗不良反应。结论机械排痰结合中药塌渍治疗痰热闭肺型小儿肺炎具有操作简便、费用低、效果显著、安全性良好等优点,能够显著改善患儿的临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of mechanical expectoration combined with collapse stain of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile pneumonia of syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung.Methods 72 children with infantile pneumonia due to syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xiaoer Pneumonia powder orally,while the treatment group was treated with mechanical expectoration combined with collapse stain of traditional Chinese medicine.The curative effect,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate of treatment group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than the 77.78% of control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the score of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Mechanical expectoration combined with collapse stain of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile pneumonia with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung has the advantages of simple operation,low cost,remarkable effect and good safety.更多还原
