【摘要】 目的探讨清肝降浊颗粒对2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)大鼠炎症因子与内皮功能的影响。方法链脲佐菌素(STZ)与高脂饮食结合建立T2DM合并NAFLD大鼠模型。造模成功后,将模型大鼠随机分成模型对照组;血脂康胶囊400 mg/kg组;清肝降浊颗粒设800、400和200 mg/kg 3个给药剂量组,每组各10只。另设10只大鼠正常对照组。给药8周后,检测与2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝病大鼠发病相关的各项指标:为血清中FBG、TC、TG、LDL-cho、FFAs、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6 和ET-1浓度。结果清肝降浊颗粒对糖尿病脂肪肝大鼠血清TC、TG 、LDL-cho和FFAs水平的异常升高均具有明显的降低作用,与模型组比较,分别为P<0.01或P<0.05;降低糖尿病脂肪肝大鼠血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6 和ET-1浓度,与模型组比较,分别为P<0.01或P<0.05。结论清肝降浊颗粒对2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠的脂质代谢,炎症、血管内皮功能障碍具有显著的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore whether Qinggan Jiangzhuo granules therapeutic effect on the change of endothelial function and inflammatory cytokinesin in nonalcoholic fatty liver of type 2 diabetic mellitus rats.Methods The model group were induced T2DM with NAFLD by streptozotocin (STZ) and high-fat diet.After successfully establishing the models,they were randomly divided into the normal group and the model group;the Xuezhikang 400 mg/kg dose group;800 mg/kg,400 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg dose groups of Qinggan Jiangzhuo granules of 10 each.8 weeks after the treatment,we detected the indicators closely related to nonalcoholic fatty liver of type 2 diabetic mellitus rats.The indicators include:blood biochemical indicator detection;Serum lipid parameters (FBG,TC,TG,LDL-cho,FFAs,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and ET-1).Results Qinggan Jiangzhuo granules can obviously decrease abnormal increase of nonalcoholic fatty liver of type 2 diabetic mellitus rats serum TC,TG,LDL-cho and FFAs levels,compared with model group,respectively,P<0.01 or P<0.05.It also can decrease hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and ET-1 content,compared with model group,respectively,P<0.01 or P<0.05.Conclusion Qinggan Jiangzhuo granules has significant therapeutic effects on lipid metabolism,inflammation,vascularendo-thelial dysfunction in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus and nonalcoholic fatty liver.更多还原
