【摘要】 目的观察运用贺氏管针疗法联合膳食指导治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法将60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,2组患者均给予西医降血糖作为常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上增加贺氏管针疗法联合膳食指导进行治疗,每周3次,随访12周,对治疗前后的空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c%)、多伦多临床评分(TCSS)进行统计学计算对比。观察2种不同方法对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。结果治疗组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用贺氏管针疗法联合膳食指导治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效肯定,值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy by using He’s tube needle therapy combined with dietary guidance.Methods 60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30).Both groups were treated with western medicine for lowering blood glucose as routine treatment.The treatment group was treated with the addition of He’s needle therapy combined with dietary guidance three times a week and followed up for 12 weeks.Fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and Toronto clinical score (TCSS) before and after treatment were statistically calculated and compared.To observe the therapeutic effect of two different methods on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Results The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with He’s tube needle therapy combined with dietary guidance is positive and worthy of further study.更多还原
