【摘要】 中西医结合内科学作为中西医结合专业的重要临床课程,具有内容繁多复杂,兼容中医与西医体系的特点,传统教学方式已不能完全满足教学需要。慕课具有开放程度高,可重复,强调学习的体验和互动等基本特点,对中西医结合内科学教学模式的改革具有重要意义。通过探讨慕课的特点和中西医结合内科学的课程特点,提出在中西医结合内科学的教学中发展应用慕课的必要性。应该充分利用慕课资源,建立更完善的中西医结合内科学课程体系,促进传统教学方式变革,实现教育教学创新,更好地发挥慕课的教学效果,以培养优秀的医学人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Internal medicine,an important clinical course of integrated Chinese and western medicine,is characterized by substantial and complicated content as well as combination of TCM and western systems. The traditional teaching methods cannot fully meet the current needs. Massive Open Online Courses( MOOC) is of great importance to the reform of internal medicine for its accessibility,availability,repeatability and interactiveness.This paper put forward the necessity of applying MOOC in the teaching by discussing the characteristics of MOOC and internal medicine of integrative Chinese and western medicine. It is suggested that we should make full use of MOOC resources,construct a more comprehensive system of internal medicine of integrative Chinese and western medicine,and promote the reform of traditional teaching methods to cultivate excellent medical talents.更多还原
