【摘要】 通过分析《黄帝内经》中有关酸味的篇章,归纳总结出酸味药除收敛功能外还有涌泻功能:酸味药过度使用会伤肝、损脾胃;酸味药在《黄帝内经》中被广泛运用于心、肝、脾、肺脏疾病的治疗,以及风、寒、湿、燥、火五气太过、不及、胜复所致的疾病治疗。通过探析后世医家运用酸味药的医案、方剂,佐证《黄帝内经》有关酸味药运用原则的正确性、指导性和实用性。故笔者认为应深研《黄帝内经》掌握其酸味药的运用原则,以提高临床中医师使用酸味药的正确度和准确度,进而提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of the sour taste chapters in The Inner Canon of Huangdi, it is concluded that the sour taste medicine has the function of gushing and purging in addition to the function of convergence. The overuse of sour medicine will injure the liver and damage the spleen and stomach. Sour medicine is widely used in the treatment of heart, liver, spleen and lung diseases in The Inner Canon of Huangdi, as well as the wind, cold, wet, dry, fire five Qi too much, not enough, mutual restraint caused disease. By analyzing the medical cases and prescriptions of sour medicine used by later doctors, this paper proves the correctness, guidance and practicability of the principles of applying sour medicine in The Inner Canon of Huangdi.
