【摘要】 目的:基于文献计量学分析关元穴热敏化研究现状与规律。方法:对近10年关元穴热敏化文献进行检索、筛选、数据提取并建立数据库,采用文献计量学方法分别从年份分布、研究类型、疾病种类、热敏灸感、热敏部位和探查方法进行统计分析。结果:2008～2017年研究数呈波动上升趋势,研究类型以干预性为主、非干预性为辅,疾病种类涉及妇产科、肾系、脾胃系、治未病、肝系、气血津液、头面肢体经络等多系统疾病,热敏灸感多以患者感知透热、扩热、传热、局部不(微)热远部热、表面不(微)热深部热、非热感觉中的1种及以上为标准;热敏部位以穴周敏化最常见,探查方法多以回旋灸、雀啄灸、往返灸和温和灸依次施灸为基础。结论:建议今后的临床研究从多维度探索关元穴热敏化的特征与疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the current situation and law of heat sensitivity about CV4 based on bibliometrics. Methods: To search, screen and extract the literature about CV4 heat sensitivity in recent 10 years. Establish a database, and make statistical analysis from the year distribution, research and disease type, heat sensitive sensation, heat sensitive parts and exploration methods with bibliometric. Results: From 2008 to 2017, the number of studies showed an upward trend. The research types is mainly intervention studies. The disease types involve multiple diseases such as obstetrics and gynecology, kidney, spleen and stomach, prevention, liver, Qi, blood, body fluid, head, limbs, meridians and so on. Heat sensitive sensation is based on one or more of the patients’ feeling, including heat expansion, heat transfer, local non(micro) heat far heat, surface non(micro) deep heat, and non thermal sensation. The most common exploration method are rotation, bird pecking, round-trip and mild moxibustion in order. Conclusion: It is suggested that the future clinical research should explore the characteristics and curative effect of heat sensitivity of CV4 from multiple dimensions.更多还原
