【摘要】 腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)在临床上是以腰痛伴随下肢放射性疼痛、麻木为主要症状,严重影响患者的日常生活。王培民教授具有扎实的中医理论和现代医学理论知识基础,临床经验丰富,擅长从"相火"角度分析"元阳"盛衰在腰痛病发病过程的变化及其作用,"相火"是人体阳气生发运行之根本,辅助"君火"统运一身之阳气。王培民教授认为"肾、脾、肝、胆"诸脏腑皆赖阳以运,而阳气非"相火"充足无以生发。依据"引火归元、益火补土"的核心思想,应用温经通络汤灵活加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症,临床疗效明显可靠,故总结其治疗LDH的临证经验,为LDH的中医治疗提供有益思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main clinical symptoms of Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is lumbar pain accompanied by radiation pain and numbness of lower limbs, which greatly affects the patients’ daily life. Professor WANG Pei-min has rich clinical experiences with solid theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine. He is good at analyzing the changes and effects of Primary Yang in the pathogenesis of lumbago from the view of minister fire. Minister fire is the basis of the development of Yangqi and it assists monarch fire to unify the whole Yangqi of the body. Professor Wang points out that Kidney, spleen, liver and gallbladder all rely on Yang Qi to run while minister fire is sufficient to generate Yang Qi. He puts forward the core idea of bringing fire back to the kidney, enriching fire and replenishing earth, and makes a differentiated treatment from the perspective of kidney, spleen, liver and gallbladder. He uses the WenJing TongLuo decoction to treat the LDH, which is effective clinically. This article summarizes professor WANG Pei-min’s clinical experiences in the treatment of LDH, which might provide useful ideas for the treatment of LDH with Chinese medicines.更多还原
