【摘要】 超声引导下三氧局部注射联合三氧大自血在肌筋膜疼痛症治疗中有临床价值。利用Mylab SIX+,探头频率6～18M Hz及1～8MHz,联合使用高低频超声探头明确诊断浅表软组织肌筋膜疼痛40例,62个部位。治疗前后肌筋疼痛部位的超声图像变化、Visual analogue scale(VAS)评分及临床综合状况评估治疗效果与临床应用价值。浅表软组织肌筋膜疼痛综合症因超声检查诊断并引导治疗定位精准,联合免疫三氧自体血回输提高整体机体免疫力及抗病能力,治疗效果显著,在疼痛医学、运动康复医学等临床治疗中值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 It has clinical value to apply ultrasound-guided combination of local injection of trioxy and autohemia in the diagnosis and treatment of myofascial pain syndrome.By using Mylab SIX+,with transducer frequency at 6～18 MHz and 1～8 MHz,the combined using of high and low frequency ultrasonic probe clarifies the diagnosis of 40 cases and 62 parts of myofascial pain of superficial masses of soft tissue.Evaluation of treatment results and clinical application value are made based on the change of ultrasound images before and after the treatment of myofascial pain part,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and clinical comprehensive status.The ultrasonic examination and induction treatment make localization precise of myofascial pain syndrome of superficial masses of soft tissue.The combination of immune autologous blood transfusion improves the overall organism immunity and disease resistance.It has effective treatment,and is worth promoting in clinical treatment such as pain medicine and medical sports rehabilitation.更多还原
