【摘要】 2019年12月爆发的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,儿童感染病例逐渐增多。流行病学显示所有人群普遍易感,且合并有基础疾病特别是心血管疾病的患者是重症、危重症的高危人群。心肌炎儿童由于既往存在的心肌病变,如心肌纤维化等,合并新型冠状病毒肺炎会为诊疗带来严峻挑战。结合儿童新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床特点及儿童心肌炎的诊治要点,特提出心肌炎儿童新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床管理建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The outbreak of COVID-19 in December 2019 has spread to all parts of China, and the number of infected children has been increasing. Epidemiology shows that generally all people are susceptible to the virus. The patients with basic diseases, especially cardiovascular diseases, are at high risk of critical diseases. The children with myocarditis have the history of myocardial diseases, such as myocardial fibrosis, so when it is complicated with COVID-19, the diagnosis and treatment face great challenges. Based on the clinical characteristics of COVID-19 and the key points of management of myocarditis in children, we put forward the clinical management recommendations for COVID-19 in children with myocarditis.更多还原
