【摘要】 腺样囊性癌(Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma,ACC)是来源于涎腺组织的罕见恶性肿瘤,发生于鼻窦者(Sinonasal Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma,SNACC)占所有副鼻窦恶性肿瘤的第二位。肿瘤极易沿神经扩散,早期即可出现血行转移,淋巴转移少见。目前手术及放疗是主要治疗方式。本例患者因"持续鼻塞及反复鼻出血"就诊,术后病理证实为左上颌窦ACC,经手术及放射治疗后预后良好无明显复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC) is a rare malignant tumor originating from salivary gland tissue.The incidence of Sinonasal Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma(SNACC) is the second highest among all paranasal sinus malignancies.The tumor is easy to spread along the nerve,with early hematogenous metastasis and rare lymphatic metastasis.At present,surgery and radiotherapy are the main treatment methods.The patient was treated for "continuous nasal obstruction and repeated epistaxis",and the postoperative pathology confirmed that the patient was ACC in the left maxillary sinus.The prognosis was favourable after surgery and radiotherapy without obvious recurrence.更多还原
