【摘要】 目的分析鼻内镜下低温等离子腺样体切除术治疗小儿腺样体肥大的临床疗效。方法随机抽取80例小儿腺样体肥大患儿作为此次研究对象,病例起止时间为2018年1月-2020年4月,80例患儿分组方式为随机数字表法,即观察组40例选择鼻内镜下低温等离子腺样体切除术实施治疗,对照组40例选择鼻内镜下腺样体切除术。结果观察组患儿出血量、咽痛持续时间、手术时间以及鼻腔恢复通气时间均少于对照组,对比组间数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下低温等离子腺样体切除术治疗小儿腺样体肥大效果良好,有助于患儿病情恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective　To analyze the clinical effect of low temperature plasma adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope on adenoid hypertrophy in children.Methods 80 children with adenoid hypertrophy were randomly selected as the study object.The starting and ending time of the cases was from January 2018 to April 2020.80 children were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,that is,40 cases in the observation group were treated with cryoplasma adenoidectomy under the nasal endoscope,and 40 cases in the control group were treated with adenoidectomy under the nasal endoscope.Results The amount of bleeding,the duration of pharyngeal pain,the time of operation and the time of nasal cavity recovery and ventilation in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Low temperature plasma adenoidectomy under nasal endoscopy is effective in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children,and it is helpful for the recovery of children’s condition.更多还原
