【摘要】 目的:探讨精细化护理在预防老年人开腹手术低体温及应激反应中的效果。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年12月本院收治的100例老年全麻下开腹手术患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予精细化护理。比较两组术中低体温、寒战及躁动发生率;比较两组麻醉苏醒情况及围术期应激反应指标。结果:观察组术中低体温、寒战及躁动发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组麻醉苏醒情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。手术开始30 min及术后即刻,观察组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率、血糖水平及血糖>7.8 mmol/L者比例均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精细化护理对老年人开腹手术术中低体温及应激反应的预防效果较好,临床应用价值较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of meticulous nursing in the prevention of hypothermia and stress response in elderly patients with laparotomy surgery.Method:A total of 100 elderly patients admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 for laparotomy under general anesthesia were selected as study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given meticulous nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of intraoperative hypothermia,chills and agitation were compared between the two groups.The anesthesia recovery and perioperative stress response indices were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of intraoperative hypothermia,chills and agitation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The anesthesia recovery of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).30 min after surgery and immediately after surgery,systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP),heart rate,blood glucose level and the proportion of blood glucose>7.8 mmol/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of meticulous nursing in the prevention of hypothermia and stress response of elderly patients with laparotomy surgery is better,and has high clinical application value.更多还原
