高压氧联合复方脑肽节苷脂注射液在一氧化碳中毒脑损伤中的应用研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨高压氧联合复方脑肽节苷脂注射液在一氧化碳中毒脑损伤中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年10月-2020年2月在本院进行一氧化碳中毒脑损伤治疗的患儿66例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各33例。对照组应用高压氧治疗,研究组应用高压氧联合复方脑肽节苷脂注射液治疗。对比两组神经功能缺损、昏迷程度、治疗结果、SOD水平、日常活动能力及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组GCS评分均高于治疗前,NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组GCS评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组苏醒时间、住院时间均短于对照组,迟发性脑病发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SOD水平、Barthel指数评分均较治疗前提升,且研究组SOD水平、Barthel指数评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在一氧化碳中毒脑损伤的治疗过程当中,高压氧联合复方脑肽节苷脂注射液的治疗效果较理想,能有效改善患儿脑神经功能,提高日常活动能力,同时不增加治疗过程中的不良反应,具有较高的安全性,临床应进一步推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Compound Porcine Cerebroside and Ganglioside Injection in brain injury caused by carbon monoxide poisoning.Method:A total of 66 children with brain injury caused by carbon monoxide poisoning in our hospital from October 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the study objects,according torandom number table were divided into the control group and the study group,33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen,the study group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with Compound Porcine Cerebroside and Ganglioside Injection.Neurological impairment,degree of coma,treatment results,SOD level,daily activity ability and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,GCS scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment,NIHSS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,moreover,GCS score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,NIHSS score in the control group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The waking time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the incidence of tardy encephalopathy was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).After treatment,SOD levels and Barthel index scores in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,SOD level and Barthel index score in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of brain injury caused by carbon monoxide poisoning,the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Compound Porcine Cerebroside and Ganglioside Injection is relatively ideal,which can effectively improve the cerebral nerve function of children,improve their daily activities,and do not increase the adverse reactions in the treatment process with high safety,therefore,it should be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
