【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术联合GC方案治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌的临床效果。方法:选取本院2015年2月-2016年12月诊治的119例肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者作为研究对象,并按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=59)和研究组(n=60)。对照组单纯采取腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术治疗,研究组采取腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术联合GC化疗。就两组患者近远期疗效、不良反应发生情况、复发率以及总体生存情况进行比较。结果:研究组患者近、远期总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=5.335、4.789,P=0.021、0.029);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组总体生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.490,P=0.115);研究组术后1年的复发率低于对照组(χ~2=6.753,P=0.009)。结论:腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术联合GC方案化疗治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌的近远期效果均显著,且复发率低,值得借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical bladder cancer resection combined with GC regimen in the treatment of muscle invasive bladder cancer.Method:A total of 119 patients with myometrial invasive bladder cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group (n=59) and study group (n=60).The control group received only laparoscopic radical bladder cancer treatment,and the study group received laparoscopic radical bladder cancer treatment combined with GC chemotherapy.The short-term and long-term efficacy,adverse reactions,recurrence rate and overall survival of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the study group were higher than that of the control group in the near and long term,the differences were statistically significant (χ~2=5.335,4.789,P=0.021,0.029);the incidence of complications between the two groups was not statistically different significance (P>0.05);the overall survival rate of the two groups was not statistically different (χ~2=2.490,P=0.115);the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group (χ~2=6.753,P=0.009).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical bladder cancer resection combined with GC chemotherapy for the treatment of myometrial invasive bladder cancer has significant short-term and long-term curative effects,and the recurrence rate is low,which is worth learning.更多还原
