【摘要】 目的:研究在低年资护士培训中实境考核法的应用效果。方法:于2018年7月-2019年12月选取低年资(工龄<5年)护士160名,根据随机双盲法分组分为观察组和对照组,各80名。对照组应用常规方法进行培训,观察组应用实境考核法。观察比较两组考核得分、等级评价、实践能力评分与满意度情况。结果:观察组实境考核、专科知识得分、等级评价、实践能力各项评分及总满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低年资护士培训中实境考核法的应用效果显著,可显著提升低年资护士考核成绩和实践能力,且满意度较高,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of the practical assessment method in the training of junior nurses.Method:From July 2018 to December 2019,160 nurses with low seniority (working age<5 years) were selected.According to their randomized double-blind grouping control study,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,80 cases in each group.The control group was trained by conventional methods,while the observation group was trained by practical assessment assessment.The evaluation scores,grade evaluation,practical ability scores and total satisfaction rate of two groups were observed and compared.Result:The scores of practical examination,professional knowledge,grade evaluation,practical ability scores and total satisfaction rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of the practical assessment method in the training of junior nurses is significant,which can significantly improve the performance and practical ability of junior nurses,and it is generally satisfactory,which is worth popularizing.更多还原
