【摘要】 目的:探讨综合护理干预在精神科重性精神病患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年8月-2019年7月本院收治的78例重性精神病患者的临床资料,根据护理方法的不同分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=38),对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预。干预后,比较两组积极心理、精神病症状情况、社会功能、自尊水平及依从性。结果:观察组幸福进取者问卷(HEIQ)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组精神病评定量表(BPRS)各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分低于对照组,而自尊量表(SES)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可改善精神科重性精神病患者的积极心里、精神病症状及社会功能,具有积极的临床价值,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with major psychosis in the department of psychiatry.Method:The clinical data of 78 patients with major psychosis admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=38).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.After intervention,positive psychology,psychotic symptoms,social function,self-esteem and compliance were compared between the two groups.Result:The all dimensions of happy enterprising individual questionnaire (HEIQ) scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The all dimensions of brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) score of in the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The score of social disability screening schedule (SDSS) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the score of self-esteem scale (SES) was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the positive psychological,psychiatric symptoms and social functions of major psychosis patients in the department of psychiatry.It has positive clinical value and is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
