【摘要】 目的:分析经跗骨窦入路微型锁定钢板联合空心钉在SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折中的治疗效果和应用价值。方法:选取2016年2月-2019年2月于本院行手术治疗的SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型患者84例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组采用传统外侧L形切口入路手术治疗,观察组采用跗骨窦入路微型锁定钢板联合空心钉内固定治疗。比较两组手术指标、后踝和后足功能情况、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组平均手术耗时、骨折愈合时间均较对照组明显缩短,切口长度小于对照组,术中出血量、术后引流量均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,观察组患者后踝和后足功能改善优良率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访10个月,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经跗骨窦入路微型锁定钢板联合空心钉治疗SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折具有创伤小、愈合快、后踝和后足功能改善情况好、并发症少等优点,值得在临床中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the tarsal sinus approach of miniature locking plate in combination with hollow screws in Sanders Ⅱ,Ⅲ calcaneal fractures in treatment effect and application value.Method:From February 2016 to February 2019 selected line on the surgical treatment of Sanders Ⅱ,Ⅲ type 84 patients,the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional lateral L-shaped incision approach,and the observation group was treated with miniature locking plate of tarsal sinus approach combined with cannulated screw internal fixation.The operative index,posterior ankle and posterior foot function and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The average operation time and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the incision length was less than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume were less than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).After surgery,the excellent and good rates of improvement in posterior ankle and posterior foot function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).After 10 months of follow-up,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The tarsal sinus approach of miniature locking plate in combination with hollow screws treatment Sanders Ⅱ,Ⅲ calcaneal fractures with small trauma,quick healing,ankle and foot function improvement after good and less complications,worthy of popularization and application in clinical.更多还原
