雄激素受体在浸润性乳腺癌基于免疫组织化学的分子亚型中的表达及意义

【摘要】 目的:探讨雄激素受体在浸润性乳腺癌基于免疫组织化学的分子亚型中的表达及意义。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月在广东省第二人民医院手术切除的浸润性乳腺癌标本123例,运用免疫组织化学方法对雄激素受体(AR)的表达情况进行检测,观察AR、ER、PR、Ki-67、HER-2的阳性表达情况、AR与乳腺癌患者临床病理特征的关系、AR与乳腺癌分子亚型的关系,并分析其临床意义。结果:经过免疫组织化学检测后可知,AR的阳性表达率为82.93%;AR与淋巴结转移、ER、PR、Ki-67均有密切关联(P<0.05),AR与年龄、肿瘤大小、临床分期、组织分级、HER-2均无关联(P>0.05);AR与Luminal A型、Luminal B型、HER-2过表达型、三阴性型均有密切关联(P<0.05)。结论:AR在乳腺癌组织中具有较高的表达率,在不同的分子亚型中AR的阳性表达率具有较大差异;AR阳性表达与ER、PR、Ki-67及腋淋巴结转移均有密切关联;同时AR可能将成为治疗乳腺癌的新一代靶向药物。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of androgen receptor in immunohistochemical molecular subtypes of invasive breast cancer.Method:A total of 123 invasive breast cancer specimens were obtained from Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018.The expression of androgen receptor (AR) was measured by immunohistochemistry.The positive expression of AR,ER,PR,Ki-67,HER-2,the relationship between AR and clinicopathological features of breast cancer patients,and the relationship between AR and molecular typing of breast cancer were observed,and its clinical significance was analyzed.Result:After immunohistochemical examination,the positive expression rate of AR was 82.93%.AR were closely related to lymph node metastasis,ER,PR and Ki-67 (P<0.05),there were no correlation between AR and age,tumor size,clinical stage,tissue grade,HER-2 (P>0.05).AR were closely associated with Luminal A,Luminal B,HER-2 overexpression and triple negative (P<0.05).Conclusion:AR has a high expression level in breast cancer tissues,and the positive expression rate of AR is different in different molecular subtypes.AR positive expression are closely related to ER,PR,Ki-67 and axillary lymph node metastasis.At the same time,AR may become a new generation of targeted drugs for the treatment of breast cancer.
