【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合配合心理疏导治疗女性青春期后痤疮患者的临床应用价值。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年6月于本院皮肤科门诊就诊的女性青春期后痤疮患者80例,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组40例。研究组采用中西医结合配合心理疏导治疗,对照组采用常规治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、中医证候积分和生活质量。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.0%明显高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候积分和皮肤病生活质量指数评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分和皮肤病生活质量指数评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组中医证候积分和皮肤病生活质量指数评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合配合心理疏导的综合性治疗方案对女性青春期后痤疮患者的治疗效果确切,且不良反应少,安全性高,能够改善生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with psychological counseling in the treatment of female patients with post-adolescent acne. Method: A total of 80 female patients with post-adolescent acne admitted to the dermatology clinic of our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected, they were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The study group was treated with Chinese and western medicine combined with psychological counseling, while the control group was treated with conventional treatment. The clinical treatment effect, TCM syndrome scores and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate of the study group was 95.0%, significantly higher than 75.0% in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in TCM syndrome scores and skin disease quality of life index scores between the two groups(P>0.05); after treatment, TCM syndrome scores and skin disease quality of life index scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). After treatment, TCM syndrome score and skin disease quality of life index score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive treatment program of Chinese and western medicine combined with psychological counseling has definite curative effect on female patients with post-adolescent acne, it has less adverse reactions, high safety and can improved quality of life.更多还原
