电针联合物理因子治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

【摘要】 目的:观察电针联合物理因子治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:70例随机分为两组各35例,观察组用物理因子联合针刺治疗,对照组用物理因子治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗4周后观察组关节疼痛、关节僵硬及膝关节功能等评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针联合物理因子治疗膝关节骨性关节炎较单用物理因子疗效更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with physical factors on knee osteoarthritis. Method: 70 cases were randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The observation group were treated with physical factors combined with acupuncture while the control group were treated with physical factors. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of joint pain, joint stiffness and knee function in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture combined with physical factors has a better effect on knee osteoarthritis than physical factors alone.更多还原
