【摘要】 目的:观察补肾消蚀方口服和局部外敷治疗早期股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法:80例按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组40例用仙灵骨葆胶囊和钙尔奇D3口服,观察组40例用补肾消蚀方口服和局部外敷。结果:治疗后两组Harris评分、VAS评分和中医证候评分均改善(P<0.05),观察组改善更明显(P<0.01)。两组BGP和BMD水平均升高(P<0.05),观察组升高幅度更大(P<0.01)。总有效率观察组97.50%,对照组82.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾消蚀方口服和局部外敷治疗早期股骨头坏死能够改善临床症状,促进骨质形成和骨蚀修复,增加骨密度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Bushen Xiaoshi Decoction in the treatment of early femoral head necrosis. Method: 80 cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table. 40 cases in the control group were treated with Xianling Gubao Capsule and Caltrate D3 by oral administration while 40 cases in the observation group were treated with Bushen Xiaoshi Decoction by oral administration and local application. Result: After treatment, Harris score, VAS score and TCM syndrome score were improved in the two groups(P<0.05), and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group(P<0.01). The level of BGP and BMD in the two groups increased(P<0.05), and the increase in the observation group was greater(P<0.01). The total effective rate was 97.50% in the observation group and 82.50% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Oral and topical application of Bushen Xiaoshi Decoction can improve clinical symptoms, promote bone formation and repair of bone erosion and increase bone density in treatment of early femoral head necrosis.更多还原
