养血清脑颗粒治疗更年期脑血管痉挛临床观察

【摘要】 目的:观察养血清脑颗粒治疗更年期脑血管痉挛的疗效。方法:300例女性更年期脑血管痉挛患者分为3组。试验组服用养血清脑颗粒,对照组服用替勃龙片,联合用药组服用养血清脑颗粒和替勃龙片,疗程3个月。对脑血管痉挛主要症状采用症状积分法进行评定。结果:试验组、对照组、联合用药组脑血管痉挛症状明显改善,主要症状积分下降(P<0.05)。3组总有效率分别为83.1%、74.4%、90.3%,联合用药组总有效率高于试验组和对照组(P<0.05)。养血清脑颗粒可明显改善头痛、头昏、健忘、两目昏花、耳鸣脑血管痉挛症状。治疗期间,3组均未发现不良反应,安全性指标无异常。结论:养血清脑颗粒可明显改善脑血管痉挛引起的症状,安全性好,与替勃龙联用疗效更好。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Yangxue Qingnao Granules on menopausal cerebral vasospasm. Method: 300 female patients with menopausal cerebral vasospasm were divided into 3 groups. The experimental group given Yangxuenao Granules, the control group given Tibolon tablets, and the combined medication group were given Yangxuenao Granules and Tibolon Tablets for 3 months. The main symptoms of cerebral vasospasm were evaluated by symptom score method. Result: The symptoms of cerebral vasospasm in the experimental group, the control group and the combined medication group improved significantly, and the score of the main symptoms decreased(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the three groups was 83.1%, 74.4%, and 90.3% respectively. The total effective rate of the combined medication group was higher than that of the test group or the control group(P<0.05). Yangxue Qingnao Granules can significantly improve the symptoms of headache, dizziness, forgetfulness, dizziness in the eyes, tinnitus and cerebral vasospasm. During the treatment, no adverse reactions were found in the three groups, and the safety indicators were not abnormal. Conclusion: Yangxue Qingnao Granules could significantly improve the symptoms caused by cerebral vasospasm, with good safety and better efficacy when combined with Tibolone.
