【摘要】 目的系统评价复方青黛胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库及PubMed、Embase、Cochrane等数据库,收集复方青黛胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的随机对照研究(RCT),根据Cochrane系统评价手册5.1.0对纳入RCT进行质量评估,提取文献数据后采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9项RCT,涉及患者835例。Meta分析结果显示,复方青黛胶囊组治疗有效率优于非复方青黛胶囊组(OR=1.81,95%CI:1.36～2.41,P<0.000 1);复方青黛胶囊对寻常型银屑病患者银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分的改善效果和降低血清炎性因子IL-17、IL-23的效果优于非复方青黛胶囊治疗组(MD=-2.39,95%CI:-3.89～-0.89,P=0.002;MD=-18.50,95%CI:-26.52～-10.48,P <0.000 01;MD=-11.79,95%CI:-14.94～-8.65,P<0.000 01);2组不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方青黛胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病有较高的疗效,且不会增加不良反应的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound Qingdai capsule in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database,Weipu database,Chinese biomedical literature database and PubMed,Embase,Cochrane database were retrieved to collect the randomized controlled study(RCT)of compound Qingdai capsule in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. The qualities of included RCTs were assessed according to the Cochrane systematic evaluation manual 5.1.0. Literature data were extracted and meta analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3 software. Results Nine RCTs with 835 participants were included. Meta analysis showed that the effective rate of compound Qingdai capsule group was better than that of non-compound Qingdai capsule group(OR=1.81,95%CI:1.36～2.41,P<0.000 1). The effects of compound Qingdai capsule on improving psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) score and reducing serum inflammatory factors interleukin(IL)-17 and IL-23 in patients with psoriasis vulva were better than those of the non-compound Qingdai capsule group(MD=-2.39,95%CI:-3.89～-0.89,P=0.002;MD=-18.50,95%CI:-26.52～-10.48,P<0.000 01;MD=-11.79,95%CI:-14.94～-8.65,P<0.000 01). There were no significant differences in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Compound Qingdai capsule is effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.更多还原
