【摘要】 目的研究分析在结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病患者中运用手术室护理干预的效果。方法在我院结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病患者中选取70例,时间2019年2月～2020年2月,随机分组,35例观察组患者予以常规护理,而35例对照组患者通过手术室护理,比较两组患者治疗总有效率及术后不良反应发生率。结果护理干预后,观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%明显高于对照组74.29%,P<0.05;观察组不良反应发生率8.57%明显低于对照组28.57%,P<0.05。结论结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病患者应用手术护理干预,能够有效提升治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze the effect of operating room nursing intervention in patients with calculous cholecystitis and diabetes mellitus.Methods 70 patients with calculous cholecystitis and diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups from February 2019 to February 2020.35 patients in the observation group were given routine nursing,while 35 patients in the control group were given operation room nursing.The total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.29%,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.57%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(28.57%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of surgical nursing intervention in patients with calculous cholecystitis and diabetes can effectively improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.更多还原
