【摘要】 本文总结了应用体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)联合连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)的90例危重患者的护理措施。ECMO联合CRRT治疗危重症患者中,相关设备管路正确连接与维护、对血液抗凝的密切监测和管理、灌注量监测是治疗成功的关键。护理人员在熟练掌握ECMO相关护理措施的基础上,要进一步了解CRRT治疗原理,熟知治疗过程中易发生的并发症以及可能产生的突发意外情况,积预防并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarized the nursing experience of 90 critically ill patients treated with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO) and continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT). The key to the success of ECMO combined with CRRT is the correct connection and maintenance of the pipeline, the strict management of blood anticoagulation and the monitoring of perfusion volume. On the basis of ECMO nursing experience, nurses should further understand the principle of CRRT treatment, master the complications that are easy to occur in combination treatment and the unexpected situations that may occur, reduce and try their best to prevent the occurrence of complications.更多还原
