【摘要】 社区基金会是中国社会治理实践中出现的新型形态,也是社会组织新的发展方向。本研究基于44个社区基金会进行定性比较分析,从社区基金会成熟度视角,探究捐赠者服务功能、资源平台功能、社区领导者功能以及成立长度对社区基金会成长成熟的影响路径。研究发现:社区基金会成长成熟大致可分为运作型、参与式资助型与资助型三个阶段;社区基金会的成熟度会受到三大功能以及成立长度的影响,并构成不同路径。结论可为社区基金会的定位以及成长成熟路径提供理论依据和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Community foundations are a new form of social governance practice in China,as well as a new development direction for social organizations.Based on the qualitative comparative analysis of 44 community foundations,this research explores the influence path of donor service function,resource platform function,community leader function and establishment length on the maturity of community foundation.The study found that the maturity of community foundations can be roughly divided into three stages:operating foundation,participatory foundation and grant-making foundation.The maturity of community foundations is influenced by the three major functions and the length of establishment,and then constitute different paths.The conclusion can provide a theoretical basis and reference for the positioning of community foundation and the path of growth and maturity.更多还原
