短效胰岛素泵对治疗新诊断2型糖尿病的临床效果观察
Observation on the clinical effect of short-acting insulin pump in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus
【摘要】 目的观察短效胰岛素泵治疗新诊断2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法 100例初诊2型糖尿病患者,采用随机抽签方式分为对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用短效胰岛素泵治疗。比较两组治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平及血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量。结果治疗前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组胰岛素用量(42.22±4.44)U/d低于对照组的(55.56±7.76)U/d,血糖达标时间(5.12±1.11)d短于对照组的(7.89±2.12)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对初诊2型糖尿病患者实施短效胰岛素泵治疗,可有效降低患者的血糖与糖化血红蛋白水平,促使患者血糖尽快达标。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of short-acting insulin pump in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 100 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into control group and research group according to lottery method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the research group received short-acting insulin pump. The fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin levels before and after treatment, time of blood glucose reaching standard and insulin dosage were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin levels between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the research group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The insulin dosage(42.22±4.44) U/d of the research group was lower than(55.56±7.76) U/d of the control group, and time of blood glucose reaching standard(5.12±1.11) d was shorter than(7.89±2.12) d of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Short-acting insulin pump therapy for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus patients can effectively reduce the patient’s blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels, and promote the blood glucose to reach the standard as soon as possible.
