植物体细胞脱分化分子调控机制研究进展
Research progress of molecular mechanisms underlying plant somatic cell dedifferentiation
【摘要】 植物细胞具有全能性,已分化的植物细胞可通过脱分化(dedifferentiation)和再分化(redifferentiation)两个过程再生组织、器官或植株。脱分化形成愈伤组织是植物细胞获得全能性的起始步骤,因此也是组织培养中植株再生的关键步骤。本文主要从愈伤组织的细胞学特性以及愈伤组织形成的分子调控机制两个方面对近年来植物细胞脱分化的研究进展进行了综述。
【Abstract】 Plant cell can be induced to regenerate tissue, organ and whole plants through dedifferentiation and redifferentiation in tissue culture systems based on the totipotency of plant cells. The regeneration of whole plants from single cells typically begins with the formation of calluses. In this review, we focus on recent advances about the cell characteristics of different types of callus and the regulatory mechanisms underlying plant cell dedifferentiation.
