【摘要】 目的:通过分析安徽省某市新农合系统内高血压患者住院服务利用水平、结构等特征,为针对高血压患者实施重点住院服务管理提供线索。方法:整群抽取2016～2018年参加新农合高血压住院患者,采用SPSS 16.0分析不同特征的高血压患者在不同级别医院的住院次数、住院天数、住院费用以及费用构成。结果:2016～2018年,高血压患者住院率由277.5‰增加到339.4‰,其中在一级和二级医院住院占93.3%。位于市区和城乡结合部3个乡镇高血压患者的住院服务利用与其他15个乡镇相比有显著差异。结论:高血压患者的住院服务利用水平远高于一般人群且迅速增长,住院服务的流向、过程都存在较大改善空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the medical service utilization of hypertensive inpatients in the new rural cooperative system in one city of Anhui Province, and provide references for its implementation. Methods The samples were chosen with cluster sampling in the hospitalized patients with hypertension in the new rural cooperative system from 2016 to 2018, and analyzed with software of SPSS 16.0, in time of hospitalizations, hospitalization days, hospitalization expenses and expenditure pattern. Results From 2016 to 2018, the hospitalization rate of hypertensive patients increased from 277.5 to 339.4, 93.3% of which was in primary and secondary hospitals. The inpatient service utilization of hypertensive patients in 3 townships of urban and rural-urban continuum was significantly different from that in other 15 townships. Conclusion The level of inpatient service utilization of hypertensive patients is higher than that of the general population and is growing rapidly, which can be further improved in flow and process of hospitalization services.更多还原
