【Abstract】 There are deficiencies in the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine talents in such aspects as "point" of TCM character,"line" of TCM thinking,"core" of TCM innovation,"surface" of TCM clinical practice, and "field" of TCM regression. "Double First-Class" initiative provides opportunities for development of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper designed a "three full-five guide" training mode to overcome the deficiencies in the aspect of point, line, face, core and field by strengthening the "full participation, whole process guides, all-around development" and developing in guidance, learning, studying, practice and employment, resulting in cultivation of TCM innovative talents.更多还原
