【摘要】 文学旅游从古至今都是文人墨客的一种重要旅游方式,而体验真实性是旅游中的研究热点。以成都杜甫草堂为研究案例,使用描述性统计分析,揭示人口学特征、想象空间和真实性体验因子的均值排序;基于期望差异理论,运用配对样本t检验、差值(d)和值平均(S),对想象值与真实体验值进行综合对比分析。在此基础上,借助重要性—绩效感知模型绘制因子IPA分析图,进一步揭示想象空间与真实性体验之间的差异度特征。结果表明:游客对草堂的建筑、少陵碑亭、楹联、茅屋、花径、解说词、展览和活动、对杜甫及其诗歌有新认识的8项因子游览前后感知差异较大;对唐代兴衰有了解、诗歌圣地、草木、与杜甫心意相通4项因子游览前后无显著感知差异,揭示了游客对杜甫草堂旅游业的认知。研究结论有望为景区发展和改善提供建议,提高文学旅游体验质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Literary tourism was an important way of travel for literati since ancient times,and experience authenticity was also a research hotspot in tourism.Taking Dufu thatched cottage museum in Chengdu as a case study,this paper used descriptive statistical analysis to reveal the mean ordering of demographic characteristics,imaginary the space and authentic experience factors.Based on the theory of expectation difference,paired sample T test,difference value(d),and average value(S) were used to conduct a comprehensive comparative analysis of the imaginary value and the real experience value.On this basis,with the help of the material-performance perception model,factor IPA analysis chart was drawn to further reveal the difference between imagination space and real experience.The results showed that the tourists’ perception of these 8 factors was quite different before and after the tour:The building of the cottage,Shaoling pavilion,couplets,thatched hut,flower path,commentary,exhibitions and activities,new understanding of Dufu and his poems.There was no significant difference in perception of the four factors,such as understanding of the rise and fall of the Tang dynasty,poetry holy land,vegetation factor,Connect with Dufu before and after the tour.It revealed tourists’ cognition of Dufu thatched cottage tourism.The conclusion wasexpected to provide suggestions for the development and improvement of the scenic spot and improve the quality of literary tourism experience.更多还原
