基于FE-SEA方法的拖拉机驾驶室中频噪声预测与控制

【摘要】 建立了某型号拖拉机驾驶室混合FE-SEA模型,并将测试所得的减振器振动加速度激励、驾驶室周边声压激励作为系统输入。对200 Hz~1 000 Hz频率范围内的耳旁噪声进行预测分析,预测结果满足精度要求。基于能量法对驾驶员头部声腔做噪声贡献度分析,得出结论头部声腔的输入功率主要来自腿部声腔、地板和顶盖。结合贡献度分析,利用优化模块对顶盖、地板和轮弧设计声学包装方案,使总声压级降低1 dB。

【Abstract】 The FE-SEA hybrid model for a tractor cab was established. The vibration acceleration of the shock absorber and sound pressure around the cab obtained in the measurement test were input into the hybrid model as the excitations.The noise in the frequency range of 200 Hz to 1 000 Hz near the driver’s ear was predicted and analyzed and the prediction results met the accuracy requirements. The noise contribution of the driver’s head cavity was analyzed based on the energy method. It is concluded that the input power of the head cavity mainly comes from the leg cavity, the floor and the top cover.Finally, combined with the contribution analysis and the optimization module, the acoustic packaging scheme for the top cover, floor and wheel arc was designed. And the total sound pressure level was reduced by 1 dB.
