鸡血抗菌肽对保育猪生长及其免疫调节的研究

【摘要】 为了研究鸡血抗菌肽(CBAP)对保育猪促生长与免疫调节的影响,本试验选取20头65日龄杜洛克种猪,随机分为2组,口服饲喂30 d CBAP。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,饲喂CBAP的保育猪表现出更好的生长性能,日增重比对照组增长88 g/d,提高了13.7%,CBAP组猪群料肉比与对照组相比降低0.18,下降了10.4%,日增重与料肉比效果差异显著(P<0.05)。从先天免疫效果来看,CBAP组猪群血清补体C3、C4,γ-干扰素差异显著(P<0.05),脾淋巴细胞转化率差异极显著(P<0.01)。体液免疫方面,CBAP对猪伪狂犬病(PR)疫苗免疫后的gB抗体,猪口蹄疫(FMD)O型、A型二价灭活疫苗O、A抗体效价提升差异显著(P<0.05),对猪瘟(CSF)疫苗免疫抗体效价改善差异不显著(P>0.05)。上述结果表明,CBAP对保育猪有明显促生长与免疫调节作用。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effects of chicken blood antimicrobial peptides(CBAP)on growth and immune regulation of nursery pigs, we selected 20 Duroc breeders at age of 65 day-old and randomly divided them into two groups. The CBAP was fed orally for 30 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the growth performance of the piglets fed with CBAP was better, and the daily gain was increased by 88 g/d(13.7%),and the feed/meat ratio of the CBAP group was decreased by 0.18(10.4%). The daily gain and feed/meat ratio were significantly different(P<0.05). For innate immune response, there were significant differences in serum complement C3, C4 and IFN-γ in CBAP group(P<0.05),and the transformation rate of spleen lymphocyte was significantly different(P<0.01). As for humoral immunity, there were significant differences in the titers of antibody against porcine pseudorabies(PR) gB and foot-and-mouth disease(FMD) type O and A after immunization in CBAP group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the titer of antibody against classical swine fever(CSF)(P>0.05). These results indicated that CBAP had significant growth promotion and immune regulation effects on nursery pigs.
