【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the pharmacokinetic process of the developed ivermectin pouring agent in cattle,we used dual cycle cross-test. The pharmacokinetic processes in cattle produced by ivermectin pouring agent and by ivermectin POUR-ON for Cattle（0.5%） was compared.The pharmacokinetic parameters proved that the two drugs were absorbed by the skin,and the main pharmacokinetic parameters such as C_max, T_max and MRT were not significantly difference.更多还原
