低温等离子体对粘盖牛肝菌菌丝生长的影响
Effect of Non-thermal Plasma on Suillus bovinus Mycelium Growth
【摘要】 低温等离子体是继固态、液态、气态之后的物质第4态等离子体的一种,对真菌生长具有一定的调节作用。用低温等离子体对于粘盖牛肝菌的影响进行研究,结果表明,在电压为0.35 k V、电流为0.25 A时,低温等离子短时间处理粘盖牛肝菌具促进其生长的影响,长时间处理则抑制其生长。
【Abstract】 Non-thermal plasma is one type of plasma which is one of the four fundamental states of matter, the others being solid, liquid, and gas. Non-thermal plasma has a certain regulating effect on fungal growth. In this experiment, the effect of non-thermal plasma on Suillus bovinus mycelium growth was investigated. Results indicated that when the voltage is 0.35 kV and the current is 0.25 A,non-thermal plasma has a promotion or inhibition effect on S. bovinus mycelium growth a time dose dependent manner.
