双孢蘑菇子实体氨基酸对运动性肌肉酸痛的保护作用

【摘要】 为研究双孢蘑菇子实体氨基酸对运动性肌肉酸痛的作用,在测定氨基酸含量的基础上,进行了动物抗氧化能力对比试验。结果表明,与对照组相比,灌胃了中、高剂量双孢蘑菇氨基酸的小鼠,血液中BUN和CK水平均具显著差异性(P<0.05),T-SOD的活力也显著增长(P<0.05);低剂量组没有差异性。试验结果证明了双孢蘑菇氨基酸对增强机体抗氧化能力、减少运动性肌肉酸痛有一定的促进作用。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of amino acids in fruiting body of Agaricus bisporus on exercise-induced muscle soreness,the antioxidant capacity of animals was compared based on the determination of amino acid content. The results showed that compared with the control group, the levels of bun and CK in blood of mice fed with medium and high doses of A. bisporus amino acid were significantly different(P<0.05), and the activity of T-SOD was also significantly increased(P<0.05); there was no difference in the low-dose group. The results showed that the amino acids of A. bisporus could enhance the antioxidant capacity and reduce the muscle soreness.
