【摘要】 江西省是全国食用菌主产区,食用菌总产量在全国排名第十,其中茶树菇产量为全国第一。由于产业扶贫的推动,江西食用菌产业发展速度加快,但仍存在政府支持力度不够、产业化程度较弱、经营管理水平较低、科技创新不足、品牌弱、信息平台缺失等问题。据此情况应加大政府支持,出台专项政策;培育新型主体,壮大产业实力;加强技术培训,改善生产经营;增强科研创新,提升技术水平;提高产品质量,打造产业品牌;搭建信息平台,优化信息服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Jiangxi province is the main edible fungus producing area in China, and the total output of edible fungus ranks the 10th in China. Among them, the production of Agrocybe aegerita is the highest. Due to the promotion of industrial poverty alleviation, the development of edible fungi industry in Jiangxi province has accelerated, but there are still some problems such as insufficient government support, weak industrialization, low level of management, lack of scientific and technological innovation,weak brand and lack of information platform. Making some suggestions for the problems, increasing government support and introducing special policies, cultivating new subjects and strengthening industrial strength, strengthening technical training, improving production and management, enhancing scientific research and innovation, improving technology, improving product quality and building industrial brands, building information platform and optimizing information services are some suggestions to solve this problems.更多还原
