棉籽壳栽培料常压灭菌生物监测技术及应用
Biological Monitoring Technology and Application for Normal Pressure Sterilization of Cotton Shell Substrate
【摘要】 针对常压灭菌时,缺少有效的灭菌效果检测方法,通过研制棉籽壳栽培料常压灭菌生物指示剂,应用此灭菌指示剂可快速直观监测常压灭菌效果,提高灭菌成功率。
【Abstract】 To effectively detect the effect of normal pressure sterilization, a biological indicator for normal pressure sterilization of cotton shell substrate was developed. The sterilization indicator can quickly and intuitively monitor the effect of sterilization under normal pressure and improve the success rate of sterilization.
