【摘要】 目的分析尺骨鹰嘴骨折治疗措施的选择和优化,探讨不同固定措施对尺骨鹰嘴骨折治疗效果的差异,优化尺骨鹰嘴骨折的治疗方案。方法 70例尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者,按照随机数表法分为实验组和参考组,各35例。参考组实施克氏针张力带固定法治疗,实验组采取钢板内固定方法治疗。比较两组治疗效果、并发症发生情况。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为80.00%,明显高于参考组的57.14%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者创伤性关节炎、肘关节脱位、血管神经损伤发生率分别为5.71%、22.86%、25.71%,均低于参考组的37.14%、45.71%、48.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尺骨鹰嘴骨折选择钢板内固定方法治疗效果较好,与克氏针张力带固定法比较,临床治疗效果明显改善,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the selection and optimization of treatment measures for olecranon fracture, and discuss the difference of treatment effect of different fixation measures on different types of fracture, and to optimize the treatment plan of olecranon fracture. Methods A total of 70 olecranon fracture patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random numerical table, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Kirschner wire tension-band fixation, while the experimental group was treated with plate internal fixation. The therapeutic effect and occurrence of complications was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was 80.00%, which was obviously higher than that of the control group 57.14%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of traumatic arthritis, elbow joint dislocation, vascular and nerve injury of the experimental group was 5.71%, 22.86% and 25.71%, which was lower than that of the control group 37.14%, 45.71% and 48.57%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Plate internal fixation shows good effect for the treatment of olecranon fracture. Compared with Kirschner wire tension-band fixation, the clinical treatment effect is significantly improved, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
