【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺癌术后多功能闭合高负压引流瓶悬吊袋的研制及临床应用。方法 240例乳腺癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各120例。对照组患者按传统方法护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上术后给予多功能闭合高负压引流瓶悬吊袋护理。比较两组患者的术后下床活动时间,皮下积液、皮瓣坏死情况。结果观察组患者术后下床活动时间优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者皮下积液、皮瓣坏死发生率5.00%低于对照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后给予多功能闭合高负压引流瓶悬吊袋,可有效地促进患者术后下床活动,降低皮下积液、皮瓣坏死发生率,值得在临床中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the development and clinical application of multifunctional closed high negative pressure drainage bottle suspension bag after breast cancer surgery. Methods A total of 240 patients with breast cancer were divided into observation group and control group by random numerical table, with 120 cases in each group. The control group received traditional nursing, and the observation group received multifunctional closed high negative pressure drainage bottle suspension bag nursing on the basis of the control group.The postoperative off-bed activity time, subcutaneous effusion and skin flap necrosis were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative off-bed activity time of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of subcutaneous effusion and skin flap necrosis 5.00% of the observation group was lower than 20.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of suspension bag can effectively promote the postoperative off-bed activity of patients with breast cancer, and lower the incidence of subcutaneous effusion and skin flap necrosis, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
