【摘要】 目的评价Retcam 3眼底广域成像系统在新生儿眼疾普遍筛查中的应用价值。方法 21161例(42322眼)足月新生儿为研究对象,采用Retcam 3眼底广域成像系统进行新生儿眼病检查,初次检查年龄3～42日龄,观察检查结果。结果 21161例(42322眼)足月新生儿中,发现新生儿眼病946例(1847眼),阳性率为4.47%。其中眼前节病87例(164眼),视网膜出血688例(1341眼),眼底病171例(342眼)。结论 Retcam 3眼底广域成像系统为新生儿眼病的早期筛查提供了有效途径,对于新生儿眼病的早期诊断和治疗具有重要的临床指导意义,应在妇产科临床进行较大范围推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the practical value of Retcam 3 for universal newborn eye screening.Methods A total of 21161 cases(42322 involved eyes) full-term neonates as the research subjects,and Retcam 3 was used for universal newborn eye screening.The age of the initial inspection was 3-42 d old,and the inspection result was observed.Results In the 21611 neonates(42322 involved eyes),there were neonatal ophthalmopathy in 946 cases(1847 involved eyes),and that of positive rate reached 4.47%.In 946 cases,there were ocular anterior segment disease in 87 cases(164 involved eyes),retinal hemorrhage in 688 cases(1341 involved eyes),congenital fundus disease in 171 cases(342 involved eyes).Conclusion Retcam 3 provides an effective way for the early screening of neonatal ophthalmopathy,and has important clinical guidance significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of neonatal ophthalmopathy,and should be widely promoted in the obstetrics and gynecology clinic.更多还原
