【摘要】 目的对比分析穴位贴敷疗法和五子散包热熨治疗对胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者腹胀、便秘临床的疗效。方法 100例胸腰椎段压缩性骨折患者,按照抽签方式分为对照组(48例)和试验组(52例)。对照组在常规护理措施基础上,给予腹部五子散包治疗,试验组在常规护理措施基础上,给予穴位贴敷护理,比较两组患者排气时间、排便时间、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况(烫伤、水泡)及操作时间。结果试验组患者排气时间(3.65±1.21)h、排便时间(16.41±4.32)h均短于对照组的(5.32±1.31)、(24.71±4.27)h,治疗总有效率98.1%高于对照组的87.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者操作时间(5.32±2.31)min短于对照组的(32.32±8.32)min,不良反应发生率3.84%低于对照组的16.67%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷疗法临床干预更加有效改善胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的腹胀、便秘等症状,安全有效,操作方便,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of acupoint application on abdominal distension and constipation after thoracolumbar compression fractures. Methods A total of 100 patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures were divided into control group(48 cases) and experimental group(52 cases) by lottery method. The control group received five-seed powder on the basis of conventional nursing, and the experimental group received acupoint application on the basis of conventional nursing. The exhaust time, defecation time, clinical effect, occurrence of adverse reactions(scald, blister) and operation time were compared between the two groups. Results The exhaust time(3.65±1.21) h and defecation time(16.41±4.32) h of the experimental group was shorter than those of the control group(5.32±1.31) and(24.71±4.27) h, the total effective rate of treatment 98.1% of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group 87.5%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The operation time(5.32±2.31) min of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(32.32±8.32) min, and incidence of adverse reactions 3.84% was lower than that of the control group 16.67%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application therapy is more effective to improve the symptoms of abdominal distension and constipation in patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
