半导体激光联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗牙龈瘤疗效分析

【摘要】 目的探讨半导体激光联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗牙龈瘤的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月至2018年6月于深圳市人民医院口腔医学中心就诊的牙龈瘤患者38例,随机分为单纯半导体激光手术治疗组(激光组)和半导体激光联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗组(激光联合5-氟尿嘧啶组),每组19例。术后随访12个月,比较两组的治愈率和复发情况。结果激光联合5-氟尿嘧啶组治愈19例,治愈率为100%;激光组治愈15例,复发4例,治愈率为78.9%;两组治愈率差异有统计学意义(P=0.035)。38例患者术后病理结果:血管型26例,纤维型8例,肉芽肿型4例。结论牙龈瘤具有复发倾向,应用半导体激光照射联合5-氟尿嘧啶局部注射,治疗效果好且可明显降低复发率,值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of semiconductor diode laser combined with 5-fluorouracil for epulis. Methods Totally 38 patients who were diagnosed with epulis at the Stomatology Center of Shenzhen People′s Hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into a group of simple semiconductor laser surgery(laser group)and a group of semiconductor laser combined with 5-fluorouracil treatment(laser combined 5-fluorouracil group),19 cases in each group. Follow-up was performed for 12 months, and the cure rate and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results In the laser combined with 5-fluorouracil group,19 cases were cured with a cure rate of 100%. Fifteen cases were cured in laser group and 4 cases recurred,and the cure rate was 78.9%. The difference in cure rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P = 0.035). Postoperative pathological results of 38 patients were as follows:there were 26 cases of vascular epulis,8 cases of fibrous epulis and 4 cases of granulomatous epulis. Conclusion Epulis has a tendency to recur. Local injection of semiconductor diode laser combined with 5-fluorouracil has good therapeutic effect and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of epulis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
