【摘要】 崇明是世界级生态岛,完善污水处理设施至关重要。根据崇明三岛污水设施现状情况,分析了区域污水系统布局、污水处理能力、排水行业管理能力和服务水平等方面的不足。结合2035崇明总体规划,从污水设施规划建设的角度,在优化区域污水处理系统布局、污水处理设施建设规模、提升排水设施精细化管理水平和近期建设重点等方面提出有益的思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chongming is world-class ecological island,and it is important to perfect sewerage treatment facilities. Based on current situation of sewerage facilities in Chongming three island, shortage on layout of sewerage system, sewerage treatment ability, managerment ability and service level of drainage industry is analyzed. Combining with overall planning of Chongming in 2035, on planning and construction of sewerage facilities about optimizing area layout of sewerage system, construction scale of sewerage treatment facilities, lifting service level to elaborate on drainage facilities and near-term construction emphasis is deliberated.更多还原
