系统性思维在江夏区清水入江项目中的应用

【摘要】 为了解决我国城市水系统工程中凸显的缺乏统筹、碎片化建设、项目混乱等问题,提出采用基于全流域治理和厂网河湖岸一体化建管模式的系统性思维才能有效解决。以江夏清水入江项目为例,从现状及问题的系统性分析、治水原则的系统性理念、建设内容的系统性策划、建设方案的系统性制定到建管一体化的系统性模式等各个方面,介绍了系统性思维在城市水系统工程中的具体应用,取得了显著的工程效益,具有一定的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems in urban water system engineering, such as lack of overall planning, fragmented construction, project confusion and so on, it is proposed to adopt systematic thinking method based on the whole watershed management and the integrated construction and management mode of the plant, pipe network, river, lake and bank. Taking the clear water diversion project of Jiangxia as an example, specific application of systematic thinking in urban water system engineering is introduced. Current situation and problems, including systematic concept of water control principle, systematic planning of construction content, systematic formulation of construction scheme, systematic mode of construction and management integration are analyzed. It obtains remarkable engineering benefits and provides conferences for similar projects.
