【摘要】 探索以基于临床反面案例教学方法为补充的案例分享式教学,通过在浙江大学医学院附属第一医院各个教学科室中开展反面案例分享式教学活动,让师生分享各自在临床实践中切身经历的反面案例,以帮助受训人员学习和提高识别临床潜在问题的能力,减少其在临床实践中的"弯路"并有助于缓解受训人员职业倦怠,最终达到降低医疗风险、保障患者安全的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to help trainees learn and improve their ability to identify potential clinical problems,this paper explores the case sharing teaching method based on the clinical negative case teaching method.By carrying out the negative case sharing teaching activity in each teaching department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College,teachers and students can share their own negative cases in clinical practice,so as to reduce their clinical problems The "detour" in bed practice can help to alleviate the job burnout of trainees,and ultimately reduce the medical risk and ensure the safety of patients.更多还原
